Terms & Conditions

PUJAAH (pujaah.com) is a digital platform product imagined and implemented by FuturestaQ Technologies Pvt Ltd ("FuturestaQ", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PUJAAH platform. By accessing or using PUJAAH, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About PUJAAH

PUJAAH is a technology platform that connects customers seeking puja and religious ceremony services with independent Pandits and Purohits in Bengaluru. PUJAAH is a marketplace — we facilitate the booking and payment process. We do not employ Pandits or conduct puja ceremonies ourselves.

FuturestaQ charges a platform fee for enabling the connection between customers and Pandits. FuturestaQ has no direct relationship with any Pandit beyond the platform listing agreement.

2. Platform Role & Limitations

PUJAAH acts solely as an intermediary platform. FuturestaQ:

• Does not employ, control, or supervise Pandits
• Does not guarantee the quality, completeness, or spiritual efficacy of any puja
• Does not take responsibility for actions or conduct of any Pandit at your premises
• Only charges a platform fee to facilitate the booking transaction
• Is not a party to any agreement between you and the Pandit

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Advance Payment

At the time of booking, customers pay an advance amount (currently 20% of the total puja price) to confirm their booking. This advance is the platform fee retained by PUJAAH/FuturestaQ and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

3.2 Balance Payment

The remaining balance (80% of the total price) is paid directly by the customer to the Pandit, in cash or as agreed, after the puja is completed. PUJAAH does not collect or hold the balance amount.

3.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on PUJAAH are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of package selection. Prices include the Pandit's service fee and, where specified, samagri (ritual materials).

4. Cancellation Policy

The 20% advance platform fee is non-refundable under all circumstances once the booking is confirmed and payment is processed. If a Pandit is unable to fulfill a booking, PUJAAH will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative Pandit. Refunds of the platform fee due to Pandit unavailability are at PUJAAH's sole discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during booking (name, address, date, time)
• Ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the Pandit to conduct the puja
• Not engage the Pandit for services outside the scope of the booked puja
• Not attempt to contact or re-engage Pandits directly, bypassing the platform
• Treat Pandits with respect and dignity

6. Pandit Responsibilities

Pandits listed on PUJAAH are independent service providers who have agreed to our Pandit Terms. They are responsible for:

• Arriving on time and completing the booked puja as described
• Maintaining professional conduct at the customer's premises
• Not soliciting direct bookings from platform customers
• Maintaining their own refund policies with customers for balance amounts

7. Intellectual Property

PUJAAH, its logo, platform design, and all content are the intellectual property of FuturestaQ Technologies Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

FuturestaQ's liability is limited to the platform fee collected. FuturestaQ is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from the conduct of any Pandit, quality of services, or outcomes of religious ceremonies.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

FuturestaQ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
